Groninga Social Club

Non-profit Cuban salsa party at the Odd Fellowhuis in Groningen, set up by Johan and Daniël from Dansschool Cariño's Expertos group. The music is mainly salsa cubana (casino), rounded out with son cubano, rumba and bolero — explicitly no bachata, merengue or kizomba. Nights are deliberately small: 60 tickets maximum, with a ticket system that balances leaders and followers. Tickets online, and at the door while they last.
