DESCRIPTION:La Vida es Salsa — Cuban Salsa Meets LA — on Friday 27 November
  2026 is the monthly mix party by Salsaventura Zoetermeer and Mr. Vinnie\,
  hosted at 1892 Eten & Drinken at Dorpsstraat 187 in Zoetermeer. This is d
 eliberately not a purist event but a meeting place for two worlds: dancers
  at home in Cuban casino and dancers who turn cross-body LA-style\, togeth
 er on one floor with a music mix that serves both styles.\n\nThe night ope
 ns with a workshop in Cuban-meets-LA-style salsa\, taught by Vinnie and Gi
 lbert — two teachers who have been teaching the overlap between both style
 s for years and who show you how Cuban figures fit into LA frames and vice
  versa. An ideal evening if you want to broaden your dance repertoire or i
 f you're curious about the other salsa style. After the workshop the DJ ta
 kes over for a dance night with sets that balance between Cuban timba\, so
 n\, salsa cubana and the more Puerto Rican and Colombian classics.\n\nWork
 shop and social start at 21:00\, music runs until 01:00. Sign-up and detai

  evening is usually low-priced to activate the regional community. Mixed l
 evel\; beginners who are just starting are welcome\, advanced dancers come
  for the mix vibe and the regional friends.\n\nDress code: cozy and dance-
 friendly — 1892 is an atmospheric grand-café-style venue\, so something st
 ylish works\, but comfort wins. Don't forget your dance shoes. Zoetermeer 
 is well accessible by RandstadRail (line 3 or 4) from The Hague or via NS 
 station Zoetermeer\; the Dorpsstraat is close to both. Parking nearby is u
